APC160 for Transformer
1. Functional specification
SYSTEM BLOCK DIAGRAM
The essential application target is to extend the basic Boom Handler functionality with safe Aerial Work
Platform functionality where the man on the platform can precisely control the vehicle speed and
direction from the platform.
To reach this goal, besides controlling the transmission solenoids, the APC160 takes care of the engine
fuel pump setting, the pressure applied to the service brakes, and the operation of the parking brake.
The built in self-test and trouble shooting features allow fast problem resolution.
