Posizionare su “0” l’interuttore
luce (6).

Posizionare su “0” l’interuttore
ventilazione (7).

Verifi care che all’interno della
camera di cottura “A” non ci sia
rimasto del cibo.

Verifi care che all’interno della
camera combustione “B”, non sia
presente fuoco e che la brace sia
spenta.

AVVERTENZA!
Per non deteriorare la struttu-
ra, NON spegnere MAI il fuoco
con acqua.

Attendere che il forno abbia
raggiunto la temperatura
ambiente.
8.1.7
Pulire il Cassetto dai residui della
combustione.
(Vedere parte 9 pulizia).

SHUTDOWN AT DAY’S
END
8.1.1
Place the lighting swith (6) on “0”.
8.1.2
Place the ventilation switch (7) on
“0”.
8.1.3
Verify that no food has been left
inside the OVEN “A”.
8.1.4
Check inside the combustion
chamber “B”, there is no fi re and
the embers is extinguished.
8.1.65WARNING!
So as not to damage the struc-
ture, NEVER put out the fi re of
the Furnace with water.
8.1.6
Wait for the oven to reach room
temperature.
8.1.7
Clean the Ash tray in the Furnace.
(See part 9 cleaning).
