DESTINAZIONE D’USO
Il Forno ARCOS è stato progetta-
to e costruito
esclusivamente per la cottura
dei cibi, mediante il calore prodot-
to da combustione di legna natu-
rale e stagionata
(NON TRUCIOLARE, LEGNA
VERNICIATA ECC.)
Ogni altro utilizzo, diverso da
quanto riportato in questo manua-
le, è da considerarsi uso impro-
prio.

AMBIENTE D’USO
Il Forno ARCOS può operare sia
in ambiente chiuso che all’aperto.
Con l’utilizzo in ambiente chiuso
(cucina, tavernetta ecc.)
il Forno deve operare in condizio-
ni di ricambio d’aria nell’ambiente
(devono essere disponibili circa
40 m3/h), secondo la norma per
l’installazione e secondo le norme
vigenti nel paese.
Il volume dell’ambiente non deve
essere inferiore a 30 m3.
L’aria deve entrare attraverso
aperture permanenti praticate sul-
le pareti (in prossimità dell forno)
che danno all’esterno con una
sezione minima di 100 cm2 e non
devono mai essere ostruite

PURPOSE OF USE
The ARCOS Oven was designed
and constructed exclusively for
the cooking of food and for the
heating of the environment by
using the heat produced by the
burning of small pieces of natural,
dry wood (NOT CHIPBOARD,
PAINTED WOOD ETC.).
Any other use different from that
reported in this manual is to be
considered improper.

PLACE OF USE
The ARCOS Oven can operate
in both closed and open environ-
ments.
For use in closed environments
(kitchen, dining area, etc.),
ventilation must be provided.
The Oven must operate in condi-
tions of air exchange in the envi-
ronment (should be available ap-
proximately 40 m3 / h), according
to the installation and according to
the rules prevailing in the country.
The volume of the environment
must not be less than 30 m3.
The air must pass through perma-
nent openings in the walls (near
the oven) toward the outside with
a minimum area of 100 cm2 and
should never be blocked.
