Prima dell’installazione del Forno,
il cliente deve assicurarsi che
il pavimento dove verrà installato,
sia livellato, che ne possa soppor-
tare il peso (vedi caratteristiche
tecniche Parte 3) e che vi siano
le predisposizioni tecnologiche
richieste.
2.11
Prima di qualsiasi intervento
di manutenzione, riparazione
o pulizia, staccare la spina
di alimentazione dalla presa di
rete ed attendere che il Forno
abbia raggiunto la temperatura
ambiente.
2.12
La tensione di rete nel Forno
ARCOS, alimenta la luce interna
e la ventilazione.
E’ fatto obbligo al cliente di veri-
fi care che l’impianto elettrico di
rete, dove il Forno verrà istallato,
sia fornito di una buona messa
a terra e di un impianto a norme
provvisto d’interruttore differenzia-
le (salvavita).
In caso contrario adeguare
l’impianto (a carico dell’utilizzato-
re).
2.13
Per qualsiasi movimentazione
o installazione del Forno,
la persona addetta, deve sempre
indossare GUANTI DA LAVORO
E SCARPE ANTINFORTUNISTI-
CHE e fare riferimento alla “Parte
4 Trasporto ed Installazione”.

2.10
Before installing the Oven,
the customer must make sure
that the fl oor where it will be in-
stalled is level, that it can support
the weight (see technical cha-
racteristics Part 3), and that the
technological requirements are
available.
2.11
Before carrying out any mainte-
nance intervention,
repair or cleaning,
remove the power plug from the
outlet and wait for the Oven to
reach room temperature.
2.12
The mains voltage of the ARCOS
Oven supplies power to the
internal lighting and ventilation.
The customer must
verify that the electrical system
where the Oven will be installed
has good grounding, is in accor-
dance with regulations,
and provided with a differential
switch (safety switch).
If not, the system must be
adapted (by the user).
2.13
For any handling
or installation of the Oven,
the person responsible must
always wear WORK GLOVES
AND SAFETY SHOES
and refer to “Part 4
Transport and Installation”.
