To reduce soot and improve the
effi ciency of the draught, line the
EXHAUST TUBE whith thermal
insulation.

If you use the Oven every day,
the STEAM EXHAUST (1)
must be connected outdoors,
as described below.

If you use the Oven, once or
twice a week, the STEAM EX-
HAUST needs not be connected
outdoors,but use the special ac-
cessories (steam exhaust mani-
fold not included).

NOTE!
Connect directly the STEAM EX-
HAUST (1) without bends or pipes
longer 100 centimetres;
failing this effi cient steam exhaust
is not guaranteed.

Per ridurre la fuliggine ed avere
maggior tiraggio dei fumi, rivestire
il TUBO SCARICO con isolanti
termici adeguati.

Se il Forno viene utilizzato tutti i
giorni, bisogna collegare lo SCA-
RICO VAPORE (1) all’esterno
come descritto quì di seguito.

Se il Forno viene utilizzato una
o due volte la settimana, si può
anche non collegare lo scarico
vapore all’esterno, ma utilizzare
l’apposito accessorio (collettore
scarico vapore non in dotazione).

Collegare direttamente lo SCARI-
CO VAPORE (1) senza curve o
contotti più lunghi di 100 cm;
c’é il rischio che non aspiri i vapori.
