Pump on demand and start failure
In manual mode, the pump cannot be stared via a request from the pressure switch; a start
failure signal is activated.
1 - POWER LINE ON, green LED On
3 - PUMP ON DEMAND, yellow LED On
5 - START FAILURE, yellow LED On
DISABLED OPERATING MODE
Key-operated selector switch in automatic “0” position.
This disables the operation of the pump.

If the key-operated selector switch is set to the DISABLED “0” position, the motor
cannot be started either from the pressure switch or the keypanel. If the motor is already
running, it stops.
CONTROL TERMINALS, TERMINAL BOARD INSIDE CONTROL PANEL
Inside the electric service pump control panel there are dry contacts available for transmission
of the following alarm signals to the control room:
- Pump on demand
- Start failure
- Power line on
- Motor running.
Connection of the alarms and optional visual and audible signals to these contacts is the
installer’s responsibility. A separate power source from the one supplying the panel must be
utilized.

For the connections, refer to the documentation attached to the electric panel.
In addition to the dry contacts, which are supplied as standard, an optional kit for relay of the
following signals is also available:

5: Selector switch in non-automatic “MAN” or “0” position
