Far arrivare la Temperatura
del Forno a 100° C., visibile
sul TERMOMETRO (5), dopodi-
chè posizionare
il CONTROLLO VALVOLA
VAPORE (4) su “aperta”.

Aprire di tanto in tanto,
lo SPORTELLO CAMERA
DI COTTURA (A), così
da permettere l’uscita dei fumi e
degli odori sgradevoli, prodotti dal
materiale nuovo.

Mantenere il fuoco acceso
per 2 ore ed assicurarsi
che NON SUPERI MAI i 300° C..
Poi spegnere il Forno e lasciarlo
raffreddare completamente.
A questo punto il Forno PRE-
MIUM--ARCOS è pronto, ed è
possibile cucinare.

Let the Oven Temperature
arrive at 100° C. as can be seen
on the THERMOMETER (5z).
Then place the
STEAM CONTROL VALVE (4)
in the “open” position.

Every now and then open
the OVEN DOOR (A) in order
to eliminate the smoke and unple-
asant odors produced
by the new material.

Keep the fi re lit for 2 hours
and make sure that it NEVER
EXCEEDS 300° C..
Then turn off the Oven and let
it cool completely.
At this point the PREMIUM--AR-
COS Ovenis ready and may be
used for cooking and baking.
