CHAMBER PROBE MALFUNCTION
The appliance cannot be switched on; any cycle which is in
progress is interrupted and the appliance goes into an alarm
state. Reference icon: n. 14.
VOLUNTARY INTERRUPTION
The user can switch off the appliance at any moment using
button 17. In this case, all the cycles, except the bottle and
can cycles, go into an alarm state. Reference icon: n.13.
LOW YIELD
In cases where the chill blaster does not reach the temperature
within the defined times, a warning will be activated that the
cycle may not have been completed correctly.
The cell should reach the set temperature for the blast chiller
yield alarm threshold parameter or the deep-freeze yield alarm
threshold parameter, respectively, (approximately 5°C less
than the set temperature of the compressor cut-off) within the
set time. The time is the percentage of cycle time indicated by
the yield percentage parameter (in cycles with the food probe,
the percentage is calculated in comparison with the blast chiller
duration parameter or deep-freeze duration parameter which
give a maximum cycle time).
If this does not occur, the cycle is interrupted, but it continues
for the set time and the standard maintenance cycle also takes
place, but the end of cycle warning remains and must be
cancelled in order to start another cycle.
