The Smart IC Card inserted in the microphone base
allows to read and record any information of the
delegates.
To enter IC Card messages through the software the
IC Card editor RX CR2800 model is required. It has to
be connected to the PC via serial port
Software installation is not difficult at all. Should any error occur during installation, install the language support as
follows:
- In My System select
“Regional and language settings”
- Install the two language files.
- Click on
“Apply”.
First select the serial port. Then, press "connect".
Enter IC CARD parameters, such as the old password (default password=FFFFFF), the delegate's name and number,
the language, the identification (delegate, interpreter, etc.) and the relevant qualification to vote.
Press
“Write Card” to start writing.
Should you wish to change IC CARD password, fill in the fields "new password" and "update".
Valid characters are the numbers from 0 to 9 and the letters from A to F (total: 6 characters).
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Remember the new password since next time the password will not be
“FFFFFF” anymore. After
three failed writing attempt, the system will make the IC CARD unusable COMJ
