SETTING THE GENERAL PARAMETERS

This first step defines conference general parameters. Selecting "new" you will set up a new conference.
Fill in the following fields:
- Conference name (e.g. municipal council, committee, plenum, etc.)
- Location, sponsor, master (topic), conference beginning and end, number of participants to which microphone
units are to be assigned (no. of participants = no. of units), etc.
- The password related to each conference.
SAVE to confirm.
To recall a set conference, select the relevant line and confirm clicking on
“ACCEPT”. You will be asked to enter the password of the selected event.
