This section deals with the following topics:
- Defining the list of participants
- Microphone graphic arrangement
- Assigning positions to single participant
The “List of Participants” mode defines the groups and the
single participants.
CREATE AT LEAST ONE GROUP INCLUDING ALL
PARTICIPANTS
Use the function "add" to enter group name (in the example we entered "council").
Selecting the added group will make it possible to assign its members, considering that the name, identification and group fields
are compulsory.
The "Edit" function allows to rename the group: select the group you wish to modify and click on “Edit”. Confirm.
To create a new group, select "new" and save.
