Pre-programmed voting allows to carry out in advance all voting preparation steps, voting later, when required.
Such as for real time voting, first of all voters are to be
registered and then the topic can be set.
For voters "registration" select "new".
Select "registration" in the
“voting” box.
Fill in the "topic" field entering "registration".
Select the voting type, the number of voters, how results
are to be displayed, and voting duration. SAVE.
The Agenda control displays voting results only on
the screen.
For carrying out a "new" voting session, follow the
procedure above, select a new topic and save.
Should you wish to change a voting session that
has already been entered in the list, select it and
change its parameters. Delete using
“delete".
"Agenda results" shows the voting results,
making it possible to print them in text format, pie
chart or bar chart.
