This section shows how to manage the session in real time.

The different colours of the selected bases indicate their
state:
= Off
= On
= Permission to speak requested (only in request
mode)
= First among bases that requested permission to
speak (only in request mode)
LIGHT BLUE
RED
GREEN
PINK
The software makes it possible, at any time, to
enable/disable microphone bases through the mouse using
respectively the left button (enabling) and the right
(disabling).
First define the conference type. The software can manage 4 different modes: limited, FIFO, request and automatic.
- In the request mode (request permission to speak) the chairman enables the base and can decide to change the priority order
of the requests displayed in the list of "bases that requested permission to speak".
- In the automatic mode, the microphone directly activates when the delegate speaks.
- In the limited mode, a maximum number of active microphones is set.
- In the FIFO mode (first in first out) the delegates who last requested to speak are activated;
once the maximum number of active microphones is achieved, the first one is turned off, followed by the second etc.
