Power led off and no sound
Power cord incorrectly inserted and/or amplifier switched off
Check that cord is inserted both in the amplifier’s mains socket and in
the wall AC outlet and that the switch is in the “ON” position

Mains fuses burnt out
Check the fuses in the fuse holders (unplug cord from mains first!) next
to the special 16 Amp socket and eventually replace with same type

Power led red and no sound
Amplifier in standby
Press standby button to exit the standby mode

Power led green and no sound
Mute activated
Press mute button on the remote to deactivate mute

Volume knob turned completely anticlockwise
Turn volume knob clockwise

Source not propectly selected
Choose the correct option with the source selector

Source not connected or off or faulty signal cables
Check source and cables

Speaker cables not correctly connected or faulty
Check and connect speaker cable properly

Recording is not possible
Source not properly selected
Choose the correct option with the record selector

Source not connected or off or faulty signal cables
Check source and cables

Power led flashing red and no sound (Speaker protection circuit active)
Short-circuits on speaker connections
Check and connect speaker cables properly

Severe power amp overload
Lower the listening volume or check for speaker integrity
