In caso di problemi tecnici con i nostri prodotti si prega di rivolgersi al Servizio di assistenza tecnica
SMA. Per poter fornire un aiuto mirato, necessitiamo dei seguenti dati:
• Per inverter con funzione Webconnect integrata:
– Tipo e numero di serie dell’inverter (v. targhetta dell’impianto)
– Se possibile: versione firmware dell’inverter (v. Sunny Explorer)
• Per inverter con funzione Webconnect installata in un secondo momento:
– PIC dell’interfaccia Speedwire / Webconnect (v. targhetta di identificazione o adesivo
nelle vicinanze della stessa).
– Tipo e numero di serie dell’inverter (v. targhetta dell’impianto)
– Se possibile: versione firmware dell’inverter (v. Sunny Explorer)
• Numero e tipo di tutti gli inverter
• Descrizione dell’errore
