ACCESSORIES (according to models)
OVEN LIGHTING
It permits cooking to be supervised without needing to open the oven door.
Model with gas oven :
. Press the push button of the oven light "3".
Model with electrical oven :
. Turn the control knob "9" (electrical oven) or "13" (multifunction oven) to the posi-
tion " ".
Changing the oven light :
before starting, the power supply and the plug must be disconnected. The lamp and its
housing are made of a material wich can withstand very high temperatures.
To change a defective lamp :
. open the oven door,
. simply remove the glass housing,
. replace the lamp with an identical one and,
. refit the protective glass housing.
INSIDE THE OVEN
• OVEN SHELVES :
A : This oven shelf is suitable for trays and dishes.
B : It is particularly suitable for cooking meats, using
grilling or convection grilling, as it is fitted with rails
so that the drip tray can be positioned underneath.
Both types of shelves are specially designed so that
they always remain horizontal, even when pulled out
to their maximum. There is no risk of sliding or
spilling.
• THE DRIP TRAY :
This is designed to collect juice when grilling. It should
be placed on a shelf, below the rails or placed at the
bottom of the oven.
Never use the drip tray for roasting, as this will
cause smoke, grease splashes and rapid staining of
the oven.
