33. VOLUME+PWR

Volume potentiometer and ON / OFF switch of the wireless receiver.

34. CHANNEL SELECT BUTTONS

Pressing these buttons you can change the receiving channel.

TIP: with the transmitter OFF, select a free channel in the

receiver. In order to do this, check the RF LED while scrolling the

channels: if the channel is free the RF LED stays OFF (if the

transmitter is also OFF and there are no radio interferences in

proximity).

With both receivers installed the two channels must be

different.

35. 2-DIGIT DISPLAY

This number identifies the selected channel in the range from 1 to

16 (all channels are in the 863-865 MHz UHF range).

36. ASC

Pressing this button the receiver sends the channel setting to the

microphone or bodypack transmitter through the IR port.

37. IR

This is the infrared port for sending the channel setting.

38. RF

RED LED: indicates that the transmitter is sending a radio signal to

the receiver.

39. AF

GREEN LED: shows the presence of an audio signal. Note that the

indication is independent from the VOLUME setting.

40. SQUELCH

This potentiometer sets the minimum level to “open” the wireless

microphone channel. Typically it is set at the factory and doesn’t

require any adjustment.

FR2H is the UHF wireless microphone handheld transmitter.

In order to open the handheld transmitter and to access the

batteries compartment and the IR receiver, rotate the cover as

shown in the figure holding the top of the microphone.


41. MICROPHONE GRILLE

This grid protects the microphone capsule and includes a pop filter.

The microphone uses a dynamic capsule with a cardioid pattern.

42. ON/OFF

ON/OFF switch.

43. BATT LED

This LED shows the battery status:

When the microphone is switched ON, the LED is GREEN.
