2. DESCRIPTION
INCOM is a system designed to facilitate the conversation between a front-office personnel and a
customer separated by a glass security window .
Throughout the INCOM glass counter interphone the conversation can be carried in a natural way
and without forced commutation
INCOM system features two operating modes and can be configured for listen/talk (full duplex or
configured for talk/listen (free hands) (full-duplex) or as switched system with forced volume to
meet the requisites of the environment as well as the user’s requirement.
INCOM system can be used – throughout SPEAK key as microphone desk for general call when
connected to a PA (public address) system.
3. FUNCTIONS AND CONTROL
Main functions:
• Full-duplex or Half-duplex operating mode.
• VOX volume control
• +3dB key control to double temporarily sound power for customer speaker side.
• ANTILARSEN device
• LINE High Level signal output to allow INCOM system to be used as a simple microphone call stand.
• LINE High level signal output for current conversation between the operator and the customer
recording purposes.
• 230Vca power supply throughout an external alimentation device.
4. STANDARD INCOM PACKAGE
The standard INCOM packages contains the following components:
• Operator desk station is directional electret microphone equipped. The microphone is set on a flexible
stem ( 40/50 cm maximum operating length with 50% VOX adjustment)
• Electret directional microphone for the customer side use to be set on glass surface or on plane
surface complete with connection cable (max operating length 20/30 cm with 50% VOX adjustment)
• External loudspeaker to be set by customer side complete with connection cable.
• External power supply 230VCA – 14VCA
• Spare part Adhesive kit for speaker and microphone.
• Manual and installation User.

4 SPEAK +3Db key, increases temporarily external listening sound level – customer side-
