Each individual stereo input can be used to connect two line inputs (one for each RCA) coming from two sound
sources (for example, two radio microphones). The only problem is that it will be managed by the same level
control (Fig. 2, ref. A).

FM antenna connector

Connect the supplied wire antenna to this connector.

ZONE OUTPUTS

The device has 4 balanced stereo outputs on the EUROBLOC terminal
For connection details, refer to paragraph 6 “TYPE OF CONNECTIONS

MONO STEREO SELECTOR

PIN 1 “OFF”/“ON”: Zone 1 in STEREO/MONO mode.

PIN 2 “OFF”/“ON”: Zone 2 in STEREO/MONO mode.

PIN 3 “OFF”/“ON”: Zone 3 in STEREO/MONO mode.

PIN 4 “OFF”/“ON”: Zone 4 in STEREO/MONO mode.

Note:

MONO mode: should an audio stereo source be used, the two L and R channels will be totalled and the output will
only be present on channel L.

GROUND LIFT selector

This selector lifts the audio ground inputs that are balanced by the ground-earth of the device.
If there are buzzing problems on one or more loudspeakers, try changing the position of the switch.

MAIN POWER SUPPLY INPUT

Connect the unit to the mains power supply 230Vac 50/60Hz.
Housing for a 450 mA fuse.
Note: with the 117V version, voltage reference is 117Vac 50/60Hz

Note:

The selector to change power supply voltage is located at the bottom of the apparatus next to one of the 4 rubber
support feet.

HOW TO USE THE SYSTEM

a.

To switch on the apparatus, place the activation switch (Fig. 1, ref. 1) in an ON position.

b.

Connect the sound/microphone sources to the inputs on the rear panel (Fig. 5, ref. 1)

c.

With regard to inputs 1~5, adjust the input sensitivity appropriately by means of the trimmer GAIN (Fig. 6, ref. B).

d.

Each input channel has an independent volume control (Fig. 2, ref. .A) that establishes the desired listening volume.

In order to have good listening volume without problems of distortion, adjust the potentiometer, maintaining the
output level so that the CLIP indicator (Fig. 2, ref. B) does not remain permanently lit.

e.

Assign inputs to outputs by means of the dipswitch (Fig. 2, ref. C).

f.

Adjust the zone output level by means of the knob (Fig. 3, ref. A).
