-Pour the rinse aid slowly until the container is completely full. Do not overfill.

-Clean up any spilled liquid. This will prevent foam from forming during the next
programme.

After you have added the rinse aid,

Rinse aid indicator
When the rinse aid container is empty, the rinse aid indicator shown with the symbol
will come on. The rinse aid container will need to be re-filled. Now add rinse aid again,
following the instructions. Do not continue washing with the indicator on, as this may cause
problems with drying
Inadvertent filling of the rinse aid container with liquid detergent will damage the
container. Use only rinse aid for household dishwashers
We suggest keeping the rinse aid container full at all times, even if you are using
detergents that include salt and rinse aid.

UNSUITABLE DISHWARE

It is unadvisable to wash the following in the dishwasher:
- Cutlery or dishware with handles made of wood, bone, e.g. old knives with handles
that have been glued or other parts glued with resin that are not resistant to hot
water
- Crafted items in wood, antique porcelain or which are hand painted. These
decorations are not suited for washing in a dishwasher.
- Dishes in temperature sensitive plastic, dishes in copper or pewter.
- Glass items with decorations that may fade
- Items made of aluminium or silver. Silverware may undergo changes in colour or
darken, especially if mixed with steel utensils
- Some kinds of glasses over time may become dull.
- Iron or cast iron items may rust and stain dishes
- Crystal and/or lead glass items, unless otherwise specified
- Enamelled or coloured items which may fade after repeated washing

Attention: never wash dishes soiled with ashes, wax, mineral grease or paint

If you buy new dishware, make sure that they are compatible with the size of the
basket and that they are dishwasher safe.
