Capitolo 7: Impostazione di CycleOps Joule™ 2.0

Taratura manuale per rullo CycleOps PowerBeam Pro

Se si utilizza un misuratore di potenza come PowerTap, è possibile eseguire una taratura manuale

per ottenere una taratura ancora più precisa del rullo CycleOps PowerBeam Pro. Nota: prima di

effettuare la taratura manuale, il misuratore di potenza deve essere associato a Joule™ 2.0.

1. Prima di iniziare la procedura di tara-

tura, riscaldare CycleOps PowerBeam Pro

e i pneumatici, pedalando per cinque

minuti.
2. Premere il pulsante [MODE] fino a

visualizzare la modalità Menu.
3. Premere [JOYSTICK] per selezionare

Sensors [Sensori].
4. Premere [JOYSTICK] su/giù per eviden-

ziare RU Sensor [Sensore unità di resisten-

za]. Premere [JOYSTICK] per selezionare

RU Sensor [Sensore unità di resistenza].
5. Premere [JOYSTICK] su/giù per evi-

denziare RU Sensor [Sensore unità di resistenza]. Nota: il sensore di unità di resistenza attivo è indicato da

un cancelletto accanto al nome del sensore nell'elenco dei sensori. Premere [JOYSTICK] per selezionare il RU

Sensor [Sensore unità di resistenza] attivo.
6. Premere [JOYSTICK] su/giù per evidenziare Calibration [Taratura]. Premere [JOYSTICK] su/giù per selezionare

Calibration [Taratura].
7. Premere [JOYSTICK] su/giù per evidenziare Manual Calibration [Taratura manuale]. Premere [JOYSTICK] per

selezionare Manual Calibration [Taratura manuale].
8. Joule™ 2.0 visualizza la potenza misurata utilizzando la taratura di resistenza corrente.
9. Pedalare a velocità costante per stabilizzare la resistenza. Portarsi a 20 mph e premere [JOYSTICK] su/giù per

modificare la taratura fino a quando la potenza visualizzata corrisponde alla potenza misurata.
10. Quando i due valori corrispondono premere [JOYSTICK].
11. La taratura della resistenza del rullo viene ora integrata nella taratura eseguita presso la fabbrica. Tale tara-

tura resta nel sistema fino all'esecuzione di una nuova taratura. Nota: la taratura guidata e la taratura manuale

regolano gli stessi valori di taratura. Vengono salvati solo gli ultimi valori di taratura.
