Questa e’ la strada che la Cicli Dynatek ha tracciato fin
dall’inizio. La creazione del reparto DYNAlAB (laboratorio
di ricerca DYNATEK) e’ il risultato della volonta’ di perseguire
l’obiettivo. DYNAlAB : disegno, ricerca dei materiali,
realizzazione grafica, test di sicurezza, conformita’ del
prodotto, per poi proseguire, con l’aiuto delle Squadre Corse,
nel miglioramento, di un prodotto gia’ eccellente. “Non
fermarsi mai”, questa e’ la filosofia dello Staff impegnato
nei laboratori DYNAlAB .Tutto questo si puo’ vedere con
i telai realizzati fino ad oggi:
1999 Gotha primo telaio ad avere il posterione
orizzontale in un unico pezzo in CNC ricavato, da un blocco
di alluminio di 12 kg che migliorava lo stiffness.
2001 legend, telaio in carbonio monoscocca realizzato
completamente in Italia.
2003 Morphos il primo telaio in carbonio con design
applicato.
2005 Sharkfin il telaio in carbonio che ha segnato
la strada per costruzione di telai, tecnologia, design e
differenziazione delle fibre (telaio richiesto dall’Ente Fiera
di Taipei per esporlo nel Salone delle Innovazioni).
2009 Shark l’evoluzione dello Sharkfin.
2012 Delirio innovazione nel sistema di stampaggio
(Core Mould), primo telaio ad utilizzare diverse fibre per
ottimizzare tutte le caratteristiche, primo a predisporre
il telaio per il montaggio dei gruppi elettromeccanici, con
alloggiamento batteria e cavi all’interno del telaio. Il primo,
l’unico: DE lIrIo !
ITAlIANITA’ e’ la parola chiave della cIclI DYNATEK.
Dallo studio del prodotto alla sua realizzazione, in Dynalab
si lavora per fornire un telaio ricercato nei minimi dettagli
made in Italy.
Il tricolore demarca, nella finitura del telaio, l’Italianita’,
che viene esaltata dalla grafica e dai colori tipicamente
mediterranei. rIcErcA, INVESTIMENTI, NoVITA’
significano: dare sempre a tutti i possessori di una Dynatek
un pezzo assulutamente UNIco.
BEYoND EXcEllENcE
From the beginning Cicli Dynatek has always had one
goal: to go beyond excellence. The new department
DYNAlAB (DYNATEK research lab) is the result of this
constant will. DYNAlAB: design, material research,
artworks, safety tests, product conformity. Then, through
the Team’s support, attempt to improve an already
excellent product. Never stop: this is the DYNAlAB staff
philosophy. You can clearly see all these features in the
frames we produced until today:
1999 Gotha first frame with a CNC one-piece chain
stay machined from a 12 kilos aluminium block. This to
improve frame stiffness.
2001 legend, monocoque carbon frame, completely
manufactured in Italy.
2003 Morphos the first carbon frame, with design
application.
2005 Sharkfin the carbon frame which opened a
way in the frame manufacture, technology, design and
fibres differentiation. The frame was requested by Taipei
Show for the Show of Innovations.
2009 Shark the evolution of Sharkfin.
2012 Delirio the frame realized with the new mould
system (core mould), it’s the first frame ever to use
different fibers to optimize all features. It’s the first frame
which offers the possibility to assemble electromechanical
groups, with a special housing of battery and cables
inside the frame.

MADE IN ITAlY is the key-word of cIclI DYNATEK.
From the product design till the realization, people works
in dynalab to make a frame with every small detail
made in Italy. The tricolor is the mark of the made in Italy
which is enhanced by artworks and colours typical of
Mediterranean style. rESEArcH, INVESTMENTS,
NEWS are aimed at giving to all Dynatek owners an
absolutely UNIqUE piece.
