the accept of this End User Licence Agreement, which terms you

Media Rights Manager Restore and Security Upgrade
(Individualization) services.
Restore Service:
In order to allow for a restore service, Microsoft and our partners
(Record labels, Players, Video labels, and many others) worked
to develop a restore schema. The goal of this service is to grant
users permission to restore and move digital media licenses
between personal machines for legitimate use. This service
allows for a limited number of license transactions. When you
restore your licenses you are sending some information to
Microsoft that uniquely identifies your machine for internal
