HOW TO OPEN THE COVER

Note: When cover is UNLOCK, the safety mechanism on the cover and Bowl will be in
different position. The unit won’t operate .
HOW TO LOCK THE FOOD CHUTE LID
Grasp the Removable Loop by hand, move the Removable Loop to the top position from the Food Chute Lid and then
turn it in the direction as shown the Fig. 5, ensure the Removable Loop enter the big food chute on the cover.
When turn the Food Chute Lid to meet the Food Chute on the cover, ensure the Food Chute Lid to be placed on the
Food Chute on the cover freely, then put down the Removable Loop, place it on the Food Chute Lid. As shown in the
Fig. 6.
Push the Food Chute Lid lightly, ensure it is locked by the Slide Button. Tab on the Slide Button should latch the Food
Chute Lid at its gap area. As shown in the Fig. 7.
Note: Unit will not operate if the Food Chute Lid is not correctly locked.
HOW TO OPEN THE FOOD CHUTE LID
At first pull out the Removable Loop from the Food Chute Lid, then pull the Slide Button in the direction perpendicular
to the Removable Loop, when the tab on the Slide Button is completely off the Food Chute Lid, turn the Removable
Loop and Food Chute Lid, open the Food Chute Lid. As shown in the Fig. 8 and Fig. 9.
Note: Before open the Food Chute Lid, turn the unit OFF and unplug the cord.
HOW TO CHOP
Note: Be sure the unit is OFF and the cord is unplugged before use.
Process the food into the pieces about 1 inch (2.5cm) large in advance.
Do not use the processor continuously for more than 3 minutes at a time, allow a rest period of 5 minutes between
working cycles.
1. Place the Bowl onto the Base. Refer to “How to assembly the Bowl”
2. Grasp the Chopping Blade by its center shaft and slide it down onto the Center Post of the Base with Bowl being
correctly placed. Ensure the Chopping Blade is placed in position and then put the food that has been process into big
pieces into the Bowl. As shown in the Fig. 10.
3. Lock the cover. Refer to “How to assembly the Cover”
4. Lock the Food Chute Lid, refer to “How to lock the Food Chute Lid”. Put the Food Pusher into the removable Loop.
5. Plug the cord into an electric outlet. Use the Food Guide to prepare food for chopping/ mincing/ mixing.
6. Rotate the knob anticlockwise until it is on the “PULSE” to run unit (or rotate the knob clockwise until it is on the
“MIN”/“MAX” for continuous processing). When pulsing, hold the Pulse position for about 2-3 seconds, check result,
repeat for desired consistency.
7. After processing food, release Pulse, or if you were using continuous MIN/MAX,rotate the knob anticlockwise until
it is on the “OFF” , Allow the Chopping Blade to stop rotating,
8. Take out Food Pusher, then open the Food Chute Lid (refer to “How to open the Food Chute Lid”), twist the Food
Chute/Cover towards unlock to remove the cover.
HOW TO SLICE OR SHRED
Note: Be sure the unit is OFF and the cord is unplugged before use.
Must use Food Pusher when processing food, never use hand to push food directly.
Let unit do the work, heavy pressure will not speed operation. Do not use the processor continuously for more than
3 minutes at a time, allow a rest period of 5 minutes between working cycles.
1. Place the Bowl onto the Base. Refer to “How to assembly the Bowl”
2. Grasp the Chopping Blade by its center shaft and slide it down onto the Center Post of the Base with Bowl being
correctly placed. Ensure the Chopping Blade is placed in position and then put the food that has been process into big
pieces into the Bowl. As shown in the Fig. 10.
3. Lock the cover. Refer to “How to assembly the Cover”
4. Lock the Food Chute Lid, refer to “How to lock the Food Chute Lid”. Put the Food Pusher into the removable Loop.
5. Plug the cord into an electric outlet. Use the Food Guide to prepare food for hopping/ mincing/ mixing.
PROCESS LARGE FOOD
1. Place the Bowl onto the Base at first. Refer to “How to assembly the Bowl”
2. Ensure the Disc Stem is placed in position. Then carefully grasp the Slice/Shred Disc(It’s very sharp! Becareful when
handling!) , with the desired side (Slice or Shred) up and push it down onto the disc Stem.
3. Lock the cover, refer to “How to assemble the Cover”.
