Auto Defrost Settings (M1774)
Remove all kinds of package material before defrosting.
Place the frozen foods on a turntable.
Turn the food over when the oven beeps.
Keep the standing time of corresponding food after Auto Defrosting being
finished.

Meat 200 - 1500 g 20 - 60 mins Shield the edges with aluminium foil.
Poultry 200 - 1500 g 20 - 60 mins Turn the food over when the oven
